molten Iron & Alloy, nodular cast iron castings, grey iron castings and malleable castings, Bronze casting, etc.

Product Parameters
1. Reduce the scrap rate of inclusion defects and reduce pore defects.
2. Improve the processing performance of castings and the output rate of casting processes.

The size are available in square, round and custom geometric shapes;
sizes ranging from 10mm up to 600mm, and thicknesses from 10-50mm.
The most common porosities are 10ppi, 15ppi, 20ppi, 25ppi. Higher porosities are available upon request. Custom-made cut-to-size filters are also possible.

Applications
1. Place it in the pouring cup or at the bottom of the sprue
2. Place it horizontally on the runner to make the metal liquid fill the mold smoothly and avoid direct impact on the filter sheet or place it vertically on the runner. The metal liquid flows faster and has good filling capacity.
3. The size of the filter sheet should be determined according to factors such as modeling and smelting and the characteristics of the filter sheet itself.
4. The casting pressure head should be controlled as much as possible to reduce the impact of the metal liquid on the filter sheet.
5. The filter sheet should not be used at overtemperature.
6. Avoid using the filter sheet to control the casting speed.
