Product Description

Laurel refractory precast shapes are factory-manufactured, ready-to-install monolithic refractory products. They are produced by mixing refractory aggregates, powders, binders, and additives, then casting the mixture into molds with vibration, followed by controlled curing and firing (baking) in a factory setting.
Although classified as unshaped refractories (monolithics), they are delivered as preformed shapes, combining the dimensional accuracy of fired bricks with the excellent thermal shock resistance and slag penetration resistance of castables.

- Factory-controlled quality: Uniform composition, stable performance, and precise dimensions.
- Fast installation: Ready-to-assemble blocks reduce on-site construction time and furnace downtime.
- High-temperature stability: Excellent resistance to heat, corrosion, abrasion, and thermal shock.
- Customization: Supports complex geometries (e.g., burner blocks, cyclone linings) and large-scale production (weight from tens of kg to several tons).
Applications of refractory castable
Metallurgy (steelmaking furnaces, converters), cement (rotary kilns, cyclones), petrochemical (reactors, heat exchangers), power (boilers, incinerators), and industrial furnace linings.
